Know Your Rights!

I already had an interest in Civil Rights and pursued that interest when I became knowledgeable in the Equal Employment Opportunity Laws, after starting my Career with a Civil Rights Agency. I believed in the Mission that all People should be treated Equally in the Workplace. It is so simple, so I decided to pursue my interest further. Everyone in the Workplace should be able to do their duties as assigned without being treated differently or unfairly. When you actually have a belief in what you do, you really enjoy doing it!
